    2. Have breakfast no later than 9 am (as a function of the stomach based on Life Clock).
    3. Reduce drinking iced water, coffee, iced tea, soft drinks and milk. Because of drinking these, the stomach cannot work well.
    4. Do not eat no later than 8 pm because enzymes left in the stomach are getting less. If you still need eating, the brewed whole grains or rice milk are recommended instead because they are easily digested and absorbed.

"The problem of food residues and too many bad microbes in the intestines"

Symptoms:

  1. Grips tightly around the stomach up to the chest because there is plenty of wind in the intestines and stomach.
    2. Cannot breath comfortably, get fatigue easily because the intestine is so swelling that can push the diaphragm. Consequently, the lung cannot expand fully.
    3. Foods eaten are not digested, flatulence, indigestion.
    4. When there is too much wind, acid aerosols may lead up to a burning chest.
    5. Defecation begins as unusual and smelly fart occurs.
    6. Face and skin look dilapidated and not fresh.
    7. Regularly getting shoulder pain and stiffness as it is the meridian between small and large intestines (colon).
    8. Have bad breath and bad body smell easily.

Causes: For those who suffer from bloating or indigestion for a long time, there are plenty of foods to pile up in the intestines. Then, many bad microbes quickly decompose old food in the intestines and there is unusually too much gas.

Solution: Adjust the stomach to secrete gastric juice (enzyme) on time. Moreover, expel the wind in intestines, use probiotics (good microbes) to help digest food residues in the intestines and control quantity of bad microbes.

"The nutrients in the blood are low, digestive system works less. "

Symptoms:

  1. Grips tightly around the stomach up to the chest because there is plenty of wind in the intestines and stomach.
    2. Cannot breath comfortably, get fatigue easily because the intestine is so swelling that can push the diaphragm. Consequently, the lung cannot expand fully.

Causes: When having Gastroesophageal Refluxfor a long time, it makes the nutrients in the blood running low. Consequently, the organs that require blood such as stomach, spleen, and liver work less. When nutrients in the blood are too low, the digestion process will be worse. Meanwhile, absorption of starch and sugar is gradually continued, this can easily cause drowsiness, weakness, dizziness, and unequal condition of water in the ears.

Solution: Add more nutrients in the blood so that any organs get sufficient nutrients to work. Adjust the stomach to secrete gastric juice (enzyme) on time. Moreover, expel the wind in intestines, and use probiotics (good microbes) to help digest food residues in the intestines.

Recommended medicine or herbs:

  1. Medicine or food that add more nutrients in the blood - to improve blood cells and make stomach, spleen, and liver work faster.
